Multiple owners with different priorities. All required owners generally must agree to a sale. We can start by reviewing available ownership information.
Tax-delinquent property
Property with unpaid taxes or municipal liens does not have to be lost. Reach out before a sale becomes urgent.
Title complications
Old deeds, missing releases, unresolved heirs, or boundary questions. Title concerns often need review by a qualified professional before closing, but they do not necessarily mean a property cannot be sold.
